Viitasaari sits on Lake Keitele in the heart of Finnish Lakeland. Lake Keitele is one of the largest lakes in Finland and it’s clear, clean waters are an absolute joy to paddle across. This trip is for visitors to Viitasaari who want to see what makes our town so special!

We will leave by canoe from the town docks, visit one of the islands for some nature knowledge and a traditional Finnish lunch, before paddling back to town. This is a four hour trip, suitable for everyone.

Schedule:

10am, we meet at the docks

12pm, lunch on one of the islands

2pm, back at the docks

Price: 88 euros per person

What does the trip include?

This trip includes all paddling equipment and lunch.

What does this trip not include?

Transportation to and from the Viitasaari docks. However, get in touch and we can help with this.
